Challenge :
Prishe Beauty had an existing product line but almost no digital presence low followers, minimal brand awareness, and zero paid marketing history.
The brand had no content strategy. Posting was inconsistent, captions were generic, and there was no brand voice or visual identity online.
Previous attempts at running ads internally had resulted in very low ROAS (under 1.5×) with no retargeting or funnel structure in place.
The target audience (Gen Z and millennial women) demanded authentic, relatable content not polished promotional posts. The brand hadn't cracked this.
No influencer program existed. The brand had no creator relationships and no framework for measuring influencer ROI.
Strategy :
Repositioned the brand as a "community-first clean beauty" label — shifting tone from promotional to real, relatable, and educational. → Built a full content framework: educational Reels, product texture/swatch videos, before-after routines, and creator-style daily makeup content. → Identified and onboarded micro-influencers (10K–100K) in the beauty and skincare space for authentic product seeding and UGC generation. → Structured a 3-stage Meta Ads funnel: Top of Funnel (cold awareness via video views), Middle (engagement retargeting), Bottom (purchase conversions). → Set up Meta Pixel correctly, created custom audiences from website visitors and video viewers, and built lookalike audiences from existing buyers.
